4. Return Shipping Fee

Customer-Initiated Returns: In the event of a return requested by the customer for reasons other than product-related issues, the customer will be responsible for 50% of the return shipping costs. This covers situations where the customer has changed their mind or the product is no longer needed for personal reasons.
